Crown Gifting, playing since beta yet not consistent activity????

Hi, I have been waiting a week for a reply to my appeal to the crown gifting ticket and honestly I find it crazy that it takes so long to begin with. I don't understand what could be the reason for there not to be crown gifting on my account.

- I have played this game since beta, I have taken a few breaks here or there, but for the last few years I have played pretty much several times a week.
- I have got eso+ for most of my playtime and bought several crown packs
- I have bought gifts for friends before with no issues
- I am active in an in game community
- I have not broken the TOS

I hope that posting here could help in getting this resolved as I would very much like to send a crown gift to a friend :L

    Small update, so far nobody has told me what requirements I am NOT meeting, but they won't grant me gifting either way. Fantastic, I guess I'll just sit in the dark with no info to go off of.

    If ZOS doesn't enable crown gifting for a player then that player should make sure to never buy crowns either directly or via eso+.

    Well after some more waiting it seems I got an actual response on my ticket from a person and suddenly "after review" my gifting has been enabled. This process is quite confusing, but at least its enabled now.
