1. Bound Armaments should provide Major Savagery/Prophecy on both bars.
2. Its knives fire slower than the standardization of casts and channels. The 4 charges should complete over 0.8 sec not 1.2 sec.

Bound Armaments loses charges every 10s.

Merciless Resolve never loses charges.

Subtle, but it makes Merciless much more effective than Bound.

It is weird that sorc doesn't have Major Prophecy/ Savagery built into their kit. That being said, sorc is already very good and giving them those buffs would free up a space on their bar or allow them to have more versatility with their potion buffs. I dont think that they need more critical chance when they already hit hard; especially in PvP.

Although the Bound Armaments skill deals single target direct damage, its status effect chance is not 10%. It acts as damage over time and its status effect chance is 3%. They need to fix this first.
