Queue bug?

I was in a random vet dungeon. After a wipe the tank left and we waited for a while. I had 46 or 47 seconds left before I could queue again so I decided to leave the group and queue again for pledges. But after I had left the instance it said that I could queue again after 45 minutes! Is that a bug or a new feature? I'm not a player who often leaves dungeons, I don't see why I would suddenly get a penalty. Normally it should be 15 minutes. Or has that been changed?

I think you got the deserter penalty for leaving group.
The first timer was so you can try random dungeon again, say you got an dlc dungeon team is not up to and you roll again and hope to be luckier, have used this some times with very weak groups in normal dlc as it takes forever.

That looks like a bug. The timer is 15 minutes either way.

I was able to reproduce the bug, if it is a bug. It seems it occurs if you leave the group when you have less than 1 minute remaining before you can queue again. The game then turns seconds into minutes. Weird.

Now that was an pretty bizarre bug but time is messy then you has to handle it with software.
