Wow I'm blown away. I ended up building and running a group in PvP last night that ACTUALLY LISTENED to my orders incredibly well and we successfully defended a Keep from an attack. Wow I'm still... just... in shock.

It takes time. Let everyone get settled in. It usually takes me a while to decide who/which guilds are worth listening to.

But i have often heard leading a rvr group described as trying to heard cats. Seems about right.

the game is new enough and few enough people know how it works or how to gain best advantage that they are more likely to listen to someone who sounds like they know what they are doing. That will probably change back to the reality that most of us are familiar with where people will refuse to do the things that will help just because they don't want to be a "follower" or are not interested in helping soon enough.

I hope not. I'm a realist when it comes to human nature though.

I've managed to steer the huge zergs in my chosen direction. That was enough for me to accomplish what I want and what I wanted was success for my faction.

Yea I won't lead PUG raids anymore, just age's you to quickly. Vent or some type of VOIP is required for anyone that runs with us. The poster above said it well. Running an RvR pug raid is like herding cats. ;p.
