Blackwood is my main hub to craft Daily Writs. After crafting the equipment pieces I port to my house (Sweetwater Cascades) where I have Food, Drinks, and Potions/Poison pre-crafted, so at least two of the six quests are done almost automatically. Problem is that after looting my chests and porting back to Leyawiin, either by jumping to guildmate in there, picking the Wayshrine from the map or leaving the house through the Blackwood exit, I see that in the delivery area. This happens like 95% of the times, and I've reported through the in-game feature MANY times.
There's a workaround for this issue, though. After arriving and noticing the non-interactible boxes ('cause they're there, just “sunk on the ground”) I enter any nearby building — usually Home goods' Furnishing Shop — and upon leaving, all chests are there ready for delivery. I do this only for one character, so it's just... annoying, but for those who also have Blackwood as main city and run multiple characters this can quite cumbersome.
And no, I don't want to use another city as main hub. Blackwood balances both usability with pleasant aesthetics, unlike Vivec City that I personally find hideous.
