    Yes, I did.

    I mentioned it in my previous post - but I appreciate that that was easy to miss

    I didn't post the image of it, as it had more personal info in it - but here's an adjusted version:

    I got an email reply (after a few days) from Alienware Arena just this morning. It was pretty useless - but had some info that merits mentioning:
    • "Please be sure your Steam’s settings are all set on public and to launch the game from the event page."
    • "If all is set up correctly, please wait for a day since the event rewards are slow to be dealt due to the amount of players."
    I sent that image of my steam privacy settings in my original email, so that was no help, as it matches their example in quest setup perfectly.

    Launching the game from the 'Launch Game' button is something I did for playing on Sunday the 11th and Monday 12th, just to rule out if that could be why things weren't being logged.
    So some of that play time data from using their 'Launch Game' button has had over 24 hours to be updated.

    I pointed out to them that nowhere on their event page, their quest setup page, or any individual daily quest page does it specify that the 'Launch Game' button have to be used.
    As that could be screwing a lot of people over, and is a big oversight if so.

    That 'Launch Game' button just opens the launcher the same way double-clicking the desktop icon does, so I debate what impact it has. Regardless, several hours of playtime were started that way anyway in the last 48 hours.

    I've sent a follow-up to see if they can actually offer some help.

    Oh good lord... I found the fix :s (sorry for the double post)

    One thing I hadn't tried was logging out, and back in, to my Steam Account itself after changing all those privacy settings (I haven't logged out of it in forever tbh, as it auto-starts when I boot my PC, which is almost daily).

    Anyway, as soon as I did THAT (and had everything else done as covered in my previous posts), I refreshed the event page on Alienware Arena, and everything updated:

    The hours are slightly wrong, but whatever.

    Gonna send this to Alienware as well - hopefully they can bung it in their Quest Setup FAQs or troubleshooting, as they currently don't mention it.

    Just to add my $0.02 on this, no Grim Harvester costume showing up. No notification from Alienware in my account (got the redemption code for the experience scroll that way), no email from Alienware (I checked spam), no nothing. It's possible that they aren't sending that out until the event ends (the 20th, I think?), but that whole unlocked and awarded thing on the 9th is pretty meaningless.
    I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.

    I think they are waiting until the 20th to send out the costume. Not sure why, though.

    Did anyone get this? I played enough hours but I didn’t get anything and now it says concluded.
