i get DC while in dungeon and then when i try to log back in i get this

Logged in too fast. Have to wait 5-10 mins for the server to fo its thing. To avoid this, wait a couple mins after getting kicked or if you have an online friend who can tell you when yoyr toon finally gets kicked offline before logging back in.

i exit game and then logged back and get that and when i exit again game crashes, and no my rig is not potato

i get in right or after DC or 30sec max before sins 4-5 days back and then the error started to become 2common, also i got same error when i got DC, also lately it has happened way to often

Yeah getting that frequently too currently. Before I could just quickly relog, especially if it happened during a fight at a keep in PvP to not miss the tick. But lately I just can't log back in instantly and then have that 5 minute cooldown due to the 307.

Happening frequently to me on PS5 NA. Was in BRP with a friend on Tuesday, game kicked me to main title screen with an error message, then even after she confirmed my body had finally disappeared from the game, it STILL wouldn't let me back in. Just all sorts of internal error/contact support messages.

I ended up literally having to reboot my entire PS5 before I could load back into ESO.

I don't experience this with any other game Just ESO. And it has gotten worse since last week's patch maintenance. But, you know, the problem is on my end or with my Internet.

In my experience, 307 means the log in server is viewing you as being logged in twice/trying to log in twice. It happened to me the first time when I tried to log into EU/NA at the same time and locked me out of the game for a while. If it happens "randomly" I'd say that something in the pipeline got knackered in a way where the game viewed you as logged in already and then you tried to log back in so it did it as a way of protecting your account.

as i said before i always get back in right away, and the overall server kick has become 2common, 2often lately

and when ur in dungeon with ppl u half to get back fast as possible, that's 1reason i hate queue is if i get kicked/DC i half to w8 again for new dungeon if i got kicked cause of DC, they should add NPC team sys for ppl wanting to solo dungeon (1companion is not enough and if ur not healer they die fast, companions are basically useless, only serve as distraction when ur questing), no npc group even if u have party of 2, u half to be solo to activate it, if ppl think its not fair well then at least make it work in normal mode

During the recent XP Event I decided to do a bunch of Master Writs, and I kept getting booted from the server with the same "Error 307 Booted from server" message...

I was doing Master Writs in batches of 30-40 at a time, using an addon to pre-craft all of the items, then go to the Writ Vendor and manually accept and turn in each quest. I did not get booted from using the addon to craft the items nor from turning in the quests, but instead I kept getting booted (I think) because of all the "quest completed" notification spam... So after getting booted three times, I realized that if you quickly log out after turning in the quests then you can avoid the notification spam and not get booted.

After asking in zone chat and then some light googling, I learned that getting booted from the server while turning in lots of Master Writs is a known problem... Why is this even a problem!?

Btw, disabling the hyperthread optimization in both GPU and game options lowered the number of times it occured for me.

I got kicked because I "hit the message rate limit" last night... While being AFK for 5 mins. It kicked me just as I was sitting back down again.

Things don't seem too stable at the moment.

This used to happen all the time, for me, but hasn't been an issue for at least a year or two.
I assumed they had fixed it.

otoh, they fixed the 'running on top of mount' bug a while back, (I actually liked that one), but I've seen it again several times in the last 6 or 8 weeks.

There is a limit to how many commands can be sent to the server within a given period of time, and exceeding that number activates the anti-cheat code and you are booted from the server. You can test this out for yourself by spamming a "spammable" skill (ie: one that doesn't have a cooldown greater than the GCD) that doesn't exhaust your resource, or by spam selling 200 items to a merchant as fast as you can. You will be "booted from server."

The bad news is that with the lag and desynch problems that are so prevalent in this game, especially in Cyrodiil, sometimes a string of normally spaced commands will be queued up in a virtual timeout, and then shot to the server in one big wad. This will also trigger the "booted from server" error.

To answer your question of "Why is this even a problem".... well.... that's something only ZOS can answer. And I'm confident that it's an answer we will never hear.

Master merchant seems to trigger the spam kick if I don't let it fully initialize before opening the campaign menu. I forget sometimes, kind of annoying.
