No technical support Communication
Hello,
I have been unable to log in since 7/26 at around 9:45PM. I created a ticket which had to be escalated with the original Ticket being 240726-004856. I received no communication which I let be known was disheartening and unacceptable for a MMO. A little bit of communication could have saved a lot of frustration. Come Monday the original ticket was deleted with all correspondence and I received a new ticket with no information on it as well. The new ticket being 240729-001367 which was created 7/29. I am still unable to log into the game with it telling me my account is already logged on which does show my character online located in Arcane University. Then if I try to log in after receiving error 304 I get unexpected internal error. To receive zero help once it's been escalated to have the original ticket being deleted and a new one created as well is very frustrating. If I was told Friday that there is no technical support who works escalated tickets over the weekend then I wouldn't have been updating throughout the weekend. Any help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling on the playstation and that did not help. Thank you for the time and have a good day.
