Couldn't repair installation and now I can't install the game

Hello All,

I was having trouble getting the game to start today with a message suggesting I repair the installation. I did that but it kept tapping out at 95%.

So I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and now the installation stops at 95%!
First I get this


If I leave it long enough, it ends up with this message:

Have you tried running the launcher as an administrator? This article for a similar error has steps on how to do so. Please let us know if that helps!

Yes, I've tried most of the recommendations on the forums. I've also tried changing the permissions on the folder as well.

Since those troubleshooting steps have not helped, please go ahead and open a ticket with customer support.
