Gaze of Sithis ?

Hi everyone,

As you can see in the pictures attached, i dont understand why i'm under 1000 in health recovery with Gaze of Sithis equipped who suppose to give me, by itself, more than 1000...

Is there a bug here ?

Battle spirit (debuff/buff that is activated in PvP areas) reduces health recovery by 50%. Press "c" & look up your active effects.

You seem to be in Imperial City, so Battle Spirit (PvP buff/debuff).

From uesp:

* Damage taken and Shield strength are decreased by 50%
* Healing Received is decreased by 55%
* Health Recovery is decreased by 50%
* Ability range of 28 meters or more increased by 8

Even with this, there si players litteraly unkillable.

What a experience is PVP in this game... Terrible
