Basalt-Blooded Warrior Set 1 bar and stance bug

Currently, the set doesn't stance swap when one barred.
Is it intended? Found this on old patch notes:

From 9.2.3 patch notes: "Basalt-Blooded Warrior: This set does not currently interact properly with bar swapping while the set is only active on one bar in some cases."

It feels pretty weird the buff carry on to the 2nd bar, but the swap logic doesn't.
I hope its not intended.

Also, there is known bug for months where casting Earthen ability while molten stance is active, stops the Major Heroism buff. I farmed hours just to get a bugged set x)

my guess is the stance doesnt swap because its not active on that bar, which is disabling its own bonus, so you dont lose the other bonus

i kind of think of this as a unique mechanic if you like one buff stance but dont like the other and adds some interesting build choices

I get your point, but while you have sets like Daedric Tricker where you can have both of the buffs at the same time while 1 bar, Basalt looks like a pretty bad set.
