Issue during Instalation

Before someone says I can't log anything with support because when I run the Game Consultant I get a 0Kb file from the downloaded version. And the version that was installed it gives me an Error performing inpage Operation error.

I can get the initial installation onto my PC fine. But when it tries to do the 12Gb update I get an unknown file error 5 3 964 999 message somewhere between 10-76% in. I have done the following to try and resolve this.

Uninstalled, cleaned registry, reinstalled x3
Formatted the drive it's going to be installed on.
Tried to install it on my main drive.

Any ideas what could be causing this? It's a new PC I have Windows 11 on the PC, driver updates and Eso. Thats it..

If you have tried the steps here for obtaining a Game Consultant file and it is still blank, we would still recommend opening a ticket here and attaching the file that you get, explaining on the ticket that you aren't getting the proper file.

Thanks, but it doesn't let you as it says the file has to be bigger than 0 Bytes to carry on.

Thankfully someone must have seen this and opened a ticket on my behalf, so as always Kudos to the staff. Hopefully, we can get it resolved as not been able to get in all week because of this..
