Controller functionality issue

Hi, I have been having some difficulties with the cloud player, the screen appears fine; however the controller is not functioning properly like always has worked in the past, the controller is a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller that has worked fine, just not in the last week, I press all of the regular buttons connecting the controller through Bluetooth on the device. The problem is intermittent such as the buttons on the controller completely not functioning as also sometimes the controller does not have fluid movement with the joystick as moving forward in a very slow movement from the character, hopefully some fix can work, not sure why that is happening, there are probably further problems that I do not know about, when the Bluetooth button is pressed to connect with the device from the controller, the three light buttons do not pick up right away, hopefully that help solve that issue by the seen writing in here

    You might want to check if your controller needs an update. Never tried with a non-Xbox controller, but any time my controller is possessed, I go into Xbox settings, devices, controllers, three dots and it will say if there's an update available.
