KaironBlackbard✭✭✭And no, it won't conflict with the Outfit system. It may have a unique style, but you can piece together outfits like normal. The Unique Style will probably be in 7 pieces to be capable of being modified by the outfit system.
Even though it's one item, it still functions as 7 for skills and outfitting.
Like equipping a two hander while dual wielding, you need enough inventory to remove all your armor in order to equip this one item.0
