I can't start the game properly

In the first few days after purchasing the game, I was able to enter it normally. However, after I installed a plugin, the game became completely unopenable. I have followed online tutorials to delete the plugin folder and have tried reinstalling and repairing the game, but none of these steps have helped. Can anyone help me? Thank you very much!
I've noticed that after deleting the game files, the system doesn't seem to reinstall all the files. Some of the deleted data isn't downloaded back. I'm wondering if this could be the issue.

When I click to play the game, it doesn't open, and there is no response. After waiting for a while, it shows that the game has crashed. However, the day before yesterday, I was able to open and play the game without any issues. It's very strange.

Just to confirm, have you tried every step in this article? If so, then scroll down to "Continue to Submit Ticket" and open a ticket with our support team so they can take a closer look at what's going on. Once you have done so, please provide the ticket number here so we can confirm whether it was submitted successfully.
