I've been experiencing a persistent issue with my PTS account for the past 5-6 months where my crown balance consistently shows as 0 crown, despite having crowns on live server so technically template of my character from live server should also carry crowns.
Despite submitting 5-6 tickets over this period, each response concludes with the unfortunate news that there's nothing they can do.
This situation is particularly frustrating for me as I showcase housing and other stuff, and not having access to crowns makes everything much more challenging.
I'm aware that others have had similar issues resolved, and I would greatly appreciate being treated with the same consideration.
I have diligently followed the process, submitting multiple tickets, but each time, I receive the same response that "it is how it is" and that no action can be taken.
So i try here on forum.
I kindly request assistance in rectifying this issue or, if possible, manually adding the crowns to my account, as I know this has been done for others in similar situations.

If I recall correctly, the issue started during last year's testing cycles, when the PTS Crown balance would not have it's daily reset to 5500 any more. @ZOS_GinaBruno or @ZOS_Kevin could probably clarify if this change was intentional.
