Aethiric Lancer Damage Proc not working

As a templar main, I wanted to test the new class set aetheric lancer and was a bit confused never seeing damage numbers from it.
Since my CMX is not working on the PTS, I had to look at the ingame damage numbers and even at the health bars of overworld mobs and dummies.
There are no damage numbers at all coming from the set when launching the lancer by an aedric spear ability. Also enemies took no damage to their health bars, when the proc should have happened.
Since I am not 100% sure with my statement, can anybody confirm this?
(Btw the 300 spelldamage part of the set is working fine.)

MEBengalsFan2001✭✭✭✭✭As someone that likes having true balance in classes I like that the devs are adjusting Necromancer. Now Templar need some love. I do hope that the next update includes adjustments in passive like the warden to make the game more balance by forcing plots to pick a play style such as tank or damage dealer.0
