I would like to remove existing buildings.
Specifically Antiquarian, Forgemaster Falls, Willowpond, & Seabloom homes.
With the OPTION to remove buildings, now every home could be a potential blank slate like Moon Sugar Meadow.
That's the cynical view. I think when people see the good houses, they may also realize the creativity of those people is on another level, throw in the towel, and just enjoy.
