Healer looking for PVE Guild

Hello! First, thank you for taking a moment to view this post. I am a newly returning player, on a new character. Finally into the CP200s, so I'd like to start diving into endgame content.
As a Warden Healer, I provide a lot of utility to a group. I stack multiple HoTs (Radiating Regeneration, Echoing Vigor, Energy Orb, Illustrious Healing, Budding Seeds); maintain crucial buffs like damage boosts (Combat Prayer, Fetcher Infection) and resource maximums/regen (Aggressive Warhorn, Enchanted Growth); and I'd say between my DoTs I contribute a decent bit of DPS as well.
I have several years experience doing endgame PVE in other MMOs, have good knowledge of my ESO healing playstyle, I've adjusted all my settings properly (easier to see enemy telegraphy, etc.), and I have an amiable personality and love to have fun. However, I am entirely unfamiliar with the mechanics of any Trials or other endgame content in ESO, and I am also still early in the process of optimizing my gear (at least for now I have all CP160 gear). I am a quick learner, and have an unimaginable amount of free time, so I'd be happy to adapt to your needs, if you can just offer me patience and assistance.
