Still banned with no reason for about a month and no answer

hii friends, as some know im a long time ESO player and a small ESO content creator, i got a full guild running at Playstation 5 and Xbox Series, and recently(about a month ago) i was banned being accused of cheating and exploiting during competitive, i opened many tickets and i was just getting automated answers no GMS whatsoever, and i am really in need of help, i ve been playing this game since 2015, and so i lost my 9 years old account for something i dont even ever did in my entire life on any game including ESO, we cant even mod or do anything to ESO at consoles, this is outrageous, and a big direspect,i love ESO but the silence is something really disturbing, as i spent so much in this game and i mean time and money on all DLCs and expansons, i am a person who suffers from anxiety issues and spend my time playing and working on internet from home, i came to ask and beg for help from a forum GM to please ask to a support GM review my problem.

i really love this game, please help me to get back as i feel so armless and confused as i in fact never did anything

I’m sorry to hear of your experience, OP, and I hope that it will be resolved soon!

I feel like we’ve been hearing of more and more unjustified bans, which really makes one uncomfortable and anxious about doing things perfectly within ToS. If I didn’t suck at it, I’d be afraid to PvP for fear someone would accuse me of cheating! There should really be some due process before a ban is handed out.

and yet still no answer anywhere, this is really frustrating

, its the same for me, all my friends are getting anxious bc that all are scared of those unjustified bans we are having, theres alot here at forums and we all get no answers, from what i saw the last guy took 3 months to get unban and problem fixed

We have a group we play with regularly. First one player had their Xbox Seriies X blacklisted with no explanation and no option for mediation. Today, another player (our GM) had her Xbox account banned for no known reason and again no way to dispute or mediate. This is stupid ridiculous. We all spend, literally, thousands of dollars per year in Xbox Plus, Crowns, Upgrades and ESO Plus. We spend hundreds of hours per year on this game. Right now, I have over 2018 hours in ESO and I'm probably the lightest player in our group. The fact that committed, loyal players are being banned by Xbox without explanation and without a process for dispute is inexcusable. Players are eventually going to say enough is enough and find something other than ESO.
