Arcanist passives from back bar?

So I'm wondering if having herald of the tomb abilities on back back bar also applies the passives from them to the front bar? Specifically the splintered secrets passive. But wellspring of the abyss from the soldier of Apocrypha would also be interesting to know too.

This seems easy enough to test. They are not convoluted combat effects. Slot abilities on back bar only and see if your penetration and recovery stats increase.

Splintered Secrets and Wellspring of the Abyss update after bar swapping, because the magnitude depends on the number of abilities slotted. Only active bar abilities count, obviously.
Psychic Leasion on the other hand requires only one ability.
Fated Fortune and Harnessed Quintessence are independent of abilities and work always, if the conditions (cruxes and ressources) are met.
