Mail bug items/gold dissappear not recieved when collecting them PS5 version

After the latest patch when i have multiple mails in my mail box such as hireling mails and item sold mails , after hold triangle button to collect all mails i automaticly get all the hireling mails and their attachments after that only things left in my mail box is item sold mails but when i try to collect gold from them manually by pressing cross button the game just deletes the mail without giving me the gold . This is a gamebreaking bug and it cost me and my friends 1million amount of gold until we realise this.

To anyone reading this if you ve item sold mails in your mail box or any other mail in your box dont use the auto collect or auto delete futures u might lose your precious items to this game breaking bug

as far as im aware, you should still be getting the gold, its just not updating your gold count immediately

this was an issue on PC (though i think it was fixed in the last incremental) where it would not update my gold after claiming mails until i rezoned, or used some function that cost gold
