Surveys disappearing from inv

I just had two coldharbor jewelry craft surveys... same one. I went to collect it, got one, looked in my inv. the second one was gone. Collecting the survey once ate both surveys Searching the forums, this isnt a NEW bug, it appears to be an old one (2021) reintroduced.
