Wondering if I should pull the Sorc card when someone plays Mora

I'm soooo sick of the Mora deck. It's such an easy win, doesn't take skill to use. Seriously, a player can win in 3-4 rounds. That's ridiculous. So, I've started wondering if I should start playing the Sorc card when someone picks Mora. I hate the Sorc, too, and don't play it. But now I'm wondering if it's a good option against Mora. Anyone try this before and have feedback?

What‘s your exact issue with Mora? And why would Orgnum change that? It would at best accelerate power generation of your opponent even further.

That's how Mora is designed, for either a quick win or a quick loss. There's no real strategy. I've gone with Pelin and/or Ansei with Druid to speed it up further and make the RNG maddening for all involved. Druid is only there for the 2 card elimination patron power to again make the RNG maddening. Originally went with Rahjin but the money/prestige elimination can not keep up with Mora.

Mora is probably the fastest deck now that they buffed Voracious Tomeshell to only have a Setback of drawing one card for your opponent. Sorc/Orgnum will not outpace Mora.

You can also use the Mora hero power to dilute your opponent's deck. Either way it's going to be an RNG race and a lot of risk taking. I would not play defensively at all if several Mora cards got picked up. You might win or just lose by 50 prestige. Difficult to tell.

I was so surprised when I played Mora since the update (which for us console peasants was Tuesday) and Voracious Tomshell used by my opponent just gave me one card. I was like… what the hell is this bug? Then another match and it happened again… and then I realized they buffed the card. Now it‘s basically a must take because it‘s so strong.
