General Hybrid Build For Any Class?

Does anyone have a general hybrid build that can work on any class?
I want to be able to make a build work with 2H melee on one bar, destro staff on the other bar, and werewolf.
I'm not looking to do endgame content, mostly just dungeons, including base game vet dungeons, and whatever world boss dailies I feel like doing.
I don't have access to many sets yet, but looking for something that can keep my resources up, but also some decent damage would be nice.
Which food should I use?
Currently just over 200 cp.
