Connection Issue

So I just came back from a year’s break and immediately bought the new expansion and subs. However, I managed to play only for a few days then the lag started.

It started on the 14th of June where the latency spiked from 250 - 700 to 999++ all day and for a few days. It was unplayable. Then 2 days ago I kept getting Error 334 (3:1:1158:0). I can’t log in at all until today.

What’s going on!? Please help. It’s not the addons, and my internet connection is fine for other things. I’ve followed the basic troubleshooting on the website, yet nothing.

If the issue persists, can I get a refund for the subs and expansion?

I’m from Asia, Malaysia to be exact. PC - NA.

Appreciate for some immediate assistance from tech support cause I’ve already wasted a week.
