Brightness got increased too much?

First it was Fallout 76, now it's ESO, two Bethesda related titles...🤔. I haven't touched my TV settings, my PS5 settings, nor the game settings, but brightness seems to have been jacked up. On the west side of the map, everything is way too bright when the sun is out. At night, the moons are bright white. Anyone else with this issue? I tried resetting my TV just to make sure. I don't see this issue in other games, not even Destiny 2-which has bright flashing effects, just Fo76 and ESO so far.

This is what sunsets look like now, just a bright blob. I never had this issue before Gold Road came out.

i dont think ive had issues in other zones, though i did notice several bonus portals in the infinite archive have much much brighter atmosphere/lighting

the goat bonus stage and the switch bonus stage were the ones i noticed this one, it might be related

The sunlight looked like that in the one delve in Galen that had the fauns. I can’t remember the exact name.

I noticed that sunrise seemed unusually bright in West Weald but after a few minutes it seemed to return to normal. It is still odd.
