can we get more damage against damage shield sets?

we really need some sets that deal big damage to damage shielded enemies. 2, 3 or 5 piece or even mythic. Specifically for pve (damge against monsters) as well, could be a super good niche option for certain fights. I am currently doing something where I need to kill enemies that essentially only have dmg shields and I was thinking ''damn i swear theres some set that deals big dmg to enemies with dmg shields'' unfortunately there is literally only ONE set, which is Shield Breaker, and it has pretty meh stat lines, and the dmg bonus is 6%, doubles against dmg shielded enemies, which is worse than just running normal damage sets sadly in my situation. other than that, there exists nothing sadly (aside from defile of course but its not rly what im after here lol).

I think even an unreasonable 5 piece like ''When you deal damage to a monster, deal (0.145xMaxPower) Disease Damage over 4 seconds, applying Major Defile and Minor Defile. When this damages an enemy with a damage shield, double the proc damage and gain (funny proc name) for 10 seconds, increasing your damage dealt to Damage Shields by (15? 20? 25?)%.'' could work, as long as its limited to pve. although having more pvp options could be cool too to counter dmg shield builds like sorc, a bit. but I know shield breaker was actually nerfed in the past due to this, so idk what the best option would be.

You can get +15% damage against shielded targets from Bastion CP (red tree). I suppose you're using that already?

Not directly related to your request, but for anyone who doesn't mind a 1.5-second cast time (lol), there's a script for Trample that removes 1 damage shield effect in an AoE: https://eso-hub.com/en/scribing/scripts/dispel

It can also apply Minor Defile with that affix script.

man my hype level when i read that ''removes 1 dmg shield efffect'' went so high until i read enemy players haha.

If you want to deal with damage shields in pve, than you can play the mechanic, if there is one (Arx final boss), or use knightslayer + oblivion damage glyph.
