Detection Bugged

I'm wearing the proper number of all three sets that give you a reduced detection and using champion points to reduce my detection range even further. I never had any problems until the most recent preparations for the PS5 launch of Gold Road. I've been getting caught during pickpocketing even when at 100% fully behind and far enough away from the target. This has happened with 100% unbuffed drunkards, laborers, and homeless. This also happens when no one is around to face me on the other side of the target. It happens when everyone is turned around.
There's also a bug where the game doesn't seem to realize that I'm out of sight or too far away from others to be seen so it just leaves me as detected instead of the eye closing indicating stealth. It's like it's not paying attention server side. I've checked and I have no lag, my Ping is typically 6-9.
FYI I use fiberoptic ISP with DL/UL of 736/1k when I'm playing over cat 6 cable. I tried it under Cat 8 but I learned that the PS5 doesn't have the capability to handle Cat 8.
I changed to Cat 5 several months ago but this bug has only begun to occur recently within the past week.
Khajiit full 5 pieces of the night mother's embrace* set, 3 pieces of Night Terror, 4 piece Darloc Brae All medium full skills, Full Leger, All bonuses from Vampire, Thieves Guild, Black Hand bonuses for everything. Nothing should be able to see me except other players who have popped potions or PVP zones.
