I could not find anywhere to put this suggestion. An agent in support suggested I place it here in the help section so that it can be sent in an email to the Devs as a request.
Can we have an achievement entered into the game that allows for the title above? "Master Thief & Assassin"?
It should require the completion of the questlines of course, and the achievements A Cutpurse Above as well as the Litany of Blood!
