Mizzik Thunderboots spawned IN WAYREST 2

So, I've picked up the Mizzik quest in West Weald, but had only gone as far as talking to the initial questgiver and hadn't done anything else on the quest yet.

During a Wayrest 2 run, we were running past most stuff, apparently ran past the Forgotten One ghost boss, and then it pulled us back to it ("joining encounter in progress"). ....And suddenly Mizzik was there, as you can see in the first screenshot. Managed to grab the couple screencaps here in which he says his dialogue for that quest, before the others made it to the final boss which pulled me there; sadly Mizzik was gone after that. Gave me a good laugh while it lasted!

Omg he was in Fang Lair! Right at the first boss. Just this evening! It was the RND. I talked to him and then he ran behind me the whole way! Still there at the very end. He didn't like it much, think he was pretty scared. Totally weirded me out.
