Minor bug in wing of the gryphon "Safeguard of Stars"

"Safeguard of Stars - collect Shards of Aetherius in Belda, Lindai, and Sardavar Leed in Cyrodiil" - Lindai has no Shard of Aetherius. I tried various times over three days in two different campaigns (Ravenwatch on a CP160+ and Icereach on one of my level 30s). I even tried getting the quest on both, and killing the Lich. Still no Shard.
Finally got down to Sardavar Leed and there was one there just fine.

✭✭✭✭✭i think ive seen others report that belda also worked fine for this, but they had issues with lindai as well
the challenge to kill a lich specifically requires killing one of 3 liches (nerienth (crypt of hearts 2), caluurion (fang lair), or the mad architect (vaults of madness))plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

Yeah, I didn't think it was the same as that part of the list - I just thought killing it might jar "something" loose! Nope.______________________________________________________
