Visual Cues for Conversion Lacking for VMoL Twins When Synergies are On Screen

I hope this post does not get lost in all the new chapter bugs, it is quite a significant bug.

During the Twins fight, when conversion comes up the words “Conversion Imminent” and/or the yellow circle under the character’s feet will not be displayed if there is a prompt for a synergy on screen. This can cause the affected character to be too close to the others in the split group on that particular boss and wipe the whole group since there is no indication that the character is indeed converting.

I found this out when on my arcanist, if the synergy comes up while using the beam and you wait for it to complete without canceling you may have missed the conversion.

I don’t know why this bug has not been reported before, it is fairly repeatable. Perhaps on PC there is an add-on that is used instead of the in game UI.

I had hoped to get a video of this happening but I did not catch it the last time we ran. I try very hard to avoid wiping the group, but if it happens again I will add the edited video.

The same thing happens with bombs in group for Rakkat final boss. I can see the growing aoe circle but the text about “energy swelling within you” or whatever rarely is displayed.

Here is a video of tonight's run, with a normal conversion shown first and one that I failed second. In the second one there is no "Conversion Imminent" on the screen due to both synergies that were present. I was distracted by rezzing someone and following the boss placement after a negate and failed to activate the synergy.

The blue circle under my character can just barely be seen in the video but I could not see it while playing.

The words "Conversion Imminent" need to be seen even if there is a synergy on-screen to prevent failed conversions like this.
