The Wing of the Gryphon bug - quest can’t continue

After dispelling the wards at Honrich Tower in the Rift and talking to the Fox the Fable Page does not spawn. Multiple people in zone chat are having the same issue. Quest cannot be continued. I tried abandoning and redoing and had the same issue again.

Found a workaround. The page only spawns if you do the easternmost location last. If you do it in any other order the page does not spawn.

for me the quest bugs out in cyrodil. the shard piece doesnt spawn for me. even abandoned quest and tried to redo it. nothing. and it takes forever to get back to that point. im pretty tired of zos putting out buggy quests. before i realized it was bugged i spent an hour looking around that area trying to find it because they stupidly put a big search area for these types of quests instead of just showing us the exact spot the item is at. so you dont even realize its bugged at first

Unfortunately, yes. Unless this bug was fixed in the meantime.

Just wanted to chime in that this quest is still bugged. An internet search led me to this forum thread.

I will try the workaround @dcrush mentioned above.

EDIT: I can confirm that if you do the easternmost location last, the fox and the page spawn.
