Freezing Gear Set? Warden?

I am not sure if it was a set, or what it was exactly, but there was a Warden running a set that or something that shot little ice balls up in the air that hit you, and if they hit you like twice you would freeze, anyone know what that is?

That sounds like the warden skill, Crystallized Slab (morph of Crystallized Shield).

If you hit them with a ranged attack, they launch a shard of ice back at you that stuns you if it hits (it can be roll dodged).
