Khajiit got his earlier today.

Khajiit really appreciates this skin. It does not take super-l33t combat skills or knowledge of mechanics - in fact, it is equally available to everyone who plays the game. How delightful!

And yet, khajiit suspects it will be just as rare as some of the more exciting vet trial skins, at least for a little while. This one went through his achievements - that was a lot of quests. heh.

Fair point. You must own the game, or have access to it, to complete the content.

And by that you mean spending ~368 euros for all content. Or just a few months eso+

*context on 368 euros: assuming every crownstore exclusive dlc will set you back 21 euros to buy the smallest pack & using 3rd party websites to get the chapter upgrades since you can't buy those on steam anymore for some reason

Don't think it's unreasonable to require having all zones completion - most of long term invested players are already done that I'd assume, the only thing I feel a bit scammy is a GR requirement as it has nothing to do with this ten years and serves more as a push for some to buy recent shiny.

I'd guess that most players have bought most of the content already, one by one, over several years. You can argue about the chapter prices, of course, but 370 Euros accumulated over a whole decade isn't that much, if you think about it. Most hobbies are more expensive.

Khajiit was glad to spend the money to pay the company and the developers for all the delightful content he has experienced. This one has over 17.8k hours on ESO according to Steam. By any stretch, by any measure, this has been the best deal for computer entertainment in Khajiit's life, since first purchasing Wizardry and Ultima 2 on Apple ][e in 1982 when this one was in high school.

Congratulations, Khajiit looks great !

Only wish it was an outfit, with on the back the ouroboros icon as in the left picture, so both me and the companion could wear it together, now i will have to find a way how to make it fit with gear

the zone story achievements are account wide so you can do it on any character.

you don't have to own those dlcs.

you can do the zone stories with ESO plus access,
could even do it for free during ESO plus free periods,
or just get it for a month or two as that's about how long it could take if you're not speeding through.

This one has not seen very many folks wearing the skin yet. Khajiit feels very exclusive, as should you. Perhaps we should start a guild of the Fractured.

Pretty sure we're going to see more and more soon, especially when the DLC releases on console in a few weeks.

Thank you! Khajiit is quite delighted. The Kintsugi-like nature of the skin to represent the past decade was truly inspired! Now if only we could get sashimono flags as alternatives to guild tabards ...

I'm prepared for console launch, only Gold Road main quest achievement missing. But I'm undecided: do I Speedrun the main quest to get the Skin and use it to complete the zone? Or do I complete the zone saving the achievement last and get the Skin at the ending celebration?
Such dilemma...

i saved main quest for last, thats why i didnt finish the main quests until last night because i spent most of the time since the release doing side quests and clearing the zone content lol

i saved main quest for last, thats why i didnt finish the main quests until last night because i spent most of the time since the release doing side quests and clearing the zone content lol

My idea was to take advantage of popularity of the new zone the early days to do Daily WBs/Delves with 10 characters and accumulate the reward boxes to open them once a day to get the Shardborn Style... But man! I want that Skin! XD

Khajiit did speed run. 6 hours straight. This one has 18 other khajiit (and 1 argonian with fluffy delusions) any of whom can do the zone quest at their leisure.

I'm wondering: Does that skin have some lore/flavour text?

I've long finished all zones except for the new one, so I will have the skin in one week or 10 days or so, but as I dress and design my characters in a "lore-friendly" way, I'm not sure why they would look like that? I've yet to play a broken pot in this game.

That said, I'm happy for others who enjoy it, of course.

the skin description is:

to me it seems like it's supposed to be for specifically the Vestige

I have never played as a broken pot

Honestly it was more the nostalgia and memory of the achievement than the skin. And that Gold Road Climax. Well I hope for more to come in the future, with ever improving, exciting, mysterious storylines. It’s the lifeblood of Elder Scrolls Online.

P.S.

I really want an Azura heavy storyline with Moonshadow as a zone or side zone… like really really. Pleeeeease
