ESO plus bonuses missing after entering the archives.

I went into the archives today for a run and noticed the first boss dropped less fortunes than it should. I found out that it is happening when porting to the archives. I thought it fixed itself after I checked my eso plus was still going as the buff came back, but as soon as I was in the archives the buff and bonuses no longer applied. Logging out/reload ui/quitting the game and logging in again/etc., has had no effect on the buff reappearing/reapplying itself.

I still am getting the craft bag access as well as the eso plus deals in the store, so those are still working, but the bonus experience and currency gains are not working at all.

@ZOS_Kevin It's an issue with my ESO plus bonuses not active on one character. Support help so far has not even touched the issue. Hoping there's something you can do to get this fixed.

@ZOS_Kevin Its been a month and I've yet to hear back on this issue. Still haven't gotten the issue fixed. I've tried to be as patient as possible, but I still don't have eso plus working properly on my character.
