New Eco Mode changes causing CTD

Standing in Alinor waiting for random dungeon queue to pop watching a video on scribing, when the new eco screen dimming tries to kick in, end up crashing to desktop. When this happens I have the client as the active window, so it's not like I'm tabbed out. It happens around the 5 minute mark for the new eco screen dimming to kick in. It's not consistent, but that is about the time that the CTD happens.

No, neither of those addons are installed.

Found another instance where it causes a CTD, if you are tabbed out when zoning, you will CTD randomly while zoning.
