Is the environmental sustainability stuff going to be optional?

Seems really inconvenient for game to go half res/dimmed/etc every 5 mins, I go afk a lot for short periods like 5-10 minutes but still want the screen to be displaying at regular FPS/resolution/etc, having it go 30 fps on my alt monitor would just give me a massive headache & i enjoy the ambience even when not actively playing.

I have found the option
"SET EnergySustainabilityMeasuresEnabled "1""
in settings, I'm assuming setting it to 0 disables it. Glad it's at least configurable through that.

SET BACKGROUND_FPS_LIMIT "30"

1=Enabled
0=Disabled

Edit & Save while the game is fully closed, the settings are applied on the next start.

yeah its very annoying these settings are not in the game settings menu and have to go through workarounds to disable it

i found the screen dimming a bit annoying
