Many Many Massive Lag Spikes

We've been experiencing massive lag spikes in our trials and dungeons the past few days, super unfun in battle watching the screen freeze for 5 seconds and then start up again on a death screen.

Also jumping in to say that this is crazy. Multiple days of terrible freezes. Ping doesn't even change half the time, game just lags like crazy. [snip] is going on?

Last night on a random Wednesday night in the Pacific US, while there are not a lot of players on because the East Coast has mostly gone to bed, performance was awful again. Everything was fine for me until May 27. So I don't know if they made some change on their servers or something else (internet related on their side) happened. I saw another post on here where someone said a tracert lead them to Europe instead of the US. I wonder if the US megaserver is down or they moved it to Eurpoe (which would make no sense). We need answers from a ZOS official channel as people can barely play the game right now. Everything I do in the game is slow and things like dungeons, world boss fights, and trials and unplayable. Xbox NA with half-gig wired fiber internet all the way to my Xbox.
