Does anyone have a guide on moving ESO from one computer to another?

See title. Trying to figure out how to do this without it redownloading the entire client. Very frustrating.

Any advice on anyone who has managed this?

C:\Program Files (x86) or (x64)\Zenimax Online

And

C:\Users\(yourusername)\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online

Place those 2 maps on an external hardrive and place it back in the same maps on your other pc.

That worked for me.
