Teleporting randomly / Dungeon Queue failing?

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I was doing antiquities in Northern Elsweyr while waiting for Frostvault in queue, and the game randomly booted up the Bangkorai load screen and sent me to a wayshrine there. Then I found a queue and accepted. I didn't get grouped, and it wouldn't allow me to queue again without relogging, saying I queued too recently.
