Im trying to crack the crystal and it won't let me. Is this quest broken?

    Stuck trying to crack the crystal myself. This game is relatively bug free considering how long it's been live.

    every mmo has alot of bugs at launch. Get used to it.. they fixed alot on the latest patch they will continue to do so on future maintenance patches.
