Tried to log in to my old account and I'm not getting the recovery emails.

I tried and login and play my old account, which I have the original email address and recovery question for, but I'm unable to log in to the account on elderscrollsonline.com as it says my account is suspended. I was able to change the password, but when I tried to log in to the game through the launcher the system requests a code from an email, but the email is not coming through to the account email. I haven't been successful in using any of the recovery features because I can't get the emails.

Is all lost? I had thousands of hours in-game on the account--which was initially Steam, then switched to non-Steam PC.

    I tried this on Saturday but haven't received so much as a confirmation email, but I resubmitted again.

    I'm guessing because the hacker changed the account's email? I'll be sad if I can't get my account back as I put 3,066 hours into the game...and I don't even know how much in Crowns and the membership.

    I appreciate that, thank you. I do not appreciate that I wasn't given a fair opportunity to discuss the matter, and that support has access to the data that supports my assertions and apparently refused to investigate beyond the surface of the account history.
