    Well I can tell you that Gold Road comes with 2 sets that would be meta sets for specific scenarios.

    MACABRE VINTAGE is probably going to be the single best set for Skyreach XP Grinding

    - 2 items: Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
    - 3 items: Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
    - 4 items: Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
    - 5 items: Adds 150 Weapon and Spell Damage, When you kill a monster they burst with blood magic, dealing 50% of their Max Health to enemies within 6 meters as Bleed Damage, up to 24096 Bleed Damage. This damage cannot critically strike. This effect can occur once every 0.5 seconds.

    HIGHLAND SENTINEL will probably be the number one parsing set as it grants an insane amount of critical chance but it requires you to stand still though so may only be useful for fights where the Tank can hold their position, in overland content it is pretty much useless.

    - 2 items: Adds 657 Critical Chance
    - 3 items: Adds 657 Critical Chance
    - 4 items: Adds 657 Critical Chance
    - 5 items: While in combat, each second you stand still grants you a stack of Sentinel's Eye every 1 second, up to 10 stacks. Each stack increases your Critical Chance by 468. Each second you move removes half of your stacks of Sentinel's Eye, rounded up. Exiting combat removes all stacks of Sentinel's Eye. Using charge and teleport abilities do not remove stacks of Sentinel's Eye.

    Highland Sentinel does not grant 468 crit rating per stack, only 357. (10.0.1)

    It also no longer persists through barswap if you single bar it. You will lose all stacks. (10.0.4)

    That changed some of the parse setups being tested with 10.0.0.

    I'm curious how the move detection works--I guess it means if you move, you lose stacks instantly but won't lose more unless you're still moving a full second from then. (Or, it checks once/sec whether you're moving, and if you happen to be moving during that check, you lose stacks)

    Not the set for me since I'm a wiggler who runs in little circles while DPSing.

    Edit: I'm not sure why we keep getting more sets that work "while standing still". It doesn't seem like fun gameplay. I think a "stand in a small AoE" effect like Siroria would be better, so you have some wiggle room but still have to stand within a range. This is true for sets like Glorgoloch, too.

    Tharriker's Strike is also quite useful, at least for heavy attack builds.

    Has anyone tested that Macabre set on an IC boss next to a player?

    my guess is that it would take battle spirit into account due to the dmg applying (i would hope at least lol), but thats still around 12k burst dmg every half a second standing near any enemy with 48k hp or more that dies before player mitigations are taken into account (as the explosion is not oblivion dmg)

    i think some of the trash mobs in IC have less than that (32k is the standard trash mob hp) so it will still hurt but its going to do less dmg

    it will be potent if someone is guard hugging in cyro though, as all of the guards have like 65k max hp

    This set is very good in normal non dlc dungeons. Beyond, especially in HM, this set is completly garbage.
    10 Seconds is a way too long time, if you reduce this time to 2-3 seconds, i it could be useful.
    More likely this set will encourage players to not dodge an aoe in hope to survive this.

    The problem I have with it is the 2/3/4 piece bonuses, which don't really scale that well with an HA build... if they were crit bonuses it would be a lot better. It's a decent crafted filler if you don't have dungeon/pvp body HA sets though, and frankly is probably better than Infallible Mage (which needs an overhaul so badly.... for the main DPS-oriented HA trial set it's incredibly mediocre).

    Curious to try Tharriker's Strike as a replacement for Order's Wrath on my main, and also maybe Macabre Vintage on my vamp alt.
