Racial Motifs 10: The Imperials still says I need to learn it on an Imperial toon

I made my toon an Imperial, and have had much luck getting Motifs of various races already. I happened to find number 10, The Imperials today and it says that I can still learn it instead of saying that it is already known to me. Does this mean that using this book will grant me something else? or just a waste because I already have the Imperial styles.

Daviiid_ESO✭✭✭Probably a bug, since it should be the same style. If there's an achi for collecting them all, maybe you could check if that's bugged as well (not unlocked for imperial.)0
