Same and in the past we have seen new (to the game) furnishing styles dribbled out over the year rather than unveiled all at once.
The Ayleids were mostly awful but gosh they had great style. I regard their style seen in the Oblivion game and enlivened in Auridon's architecture as proper Elder Scrolls elven.
Alinor? That's what I'd expect of a human race in an Asian MMO.
I'm also hoping for more Bosmer items though woody rather than dead animal bits and we got a few of those in the preview.
More homes for both would also be nice though again Bosmer just woody rather than the dead animal bits baked in. Players can always add things like that with furnishings but baked in can be difficult or sometimes impossible to hide.

In all seriousness this slave keeping culture was dreadful.
How did the everyday Ayleid feel about slavery and torture? Don't know. I've personally seen real world governments do utterly despicable things which if known to the public would be considered outrageous.
But it is recorded that some supported the Alessian rebellion so there were some very good eggs among them.Araneae6537 wrote: »And I agree, it would be nice to see more refined Bosmer furnishings as well, and those trees with amber “stained glass” windows!
I've been wanting those tree forever too. Gorgeous.

I only think that the Alessians misrepresented how widespread the practices were to justify annihilating a whole people and culture. It would not be unusual. History is written by the victors after all.

Plus, the headcanon/personal RP I have for my main in ESO is that he's an Altmer Psijic who has an obsession with the Ayleids due to those same reasons. I already incorporate Ayleid aesthetics (namely the teal of welkynd stones) into my Psijic attire as it is, so Ayleid crates would be something I'd love, especially if we get a few for free in June due to Gold Road.
