I am guessing you mean the Lumberjack Hireling?
You get this via the Woodworking Skill tree by investing a skill point in the following skill:

[Lumberjack Hireling]
Level unlocked: 3
(1/3) A lumberjack hireling will send you wood & possibly other items.
