Best Rogue/Crime Sets

I'm putting together a character for pure crime. I know Night Mother's Embrace is a good choice for this type of build; can it be considered a build if its for noncombat? Are there any other sets with similar affects?

Note that Darloc Brae sparkles while stealthed, which for me broke the idea of being inconspicuous and is too much like a visual cue I can get when a migraine is coming on. Maybe non-issues for you, but thought I’d mention just in case.

Night Terror is the best set for stealth/thievery since it reduces cost and detection radius. While movement increase can be good, keep in mind that there are many ways to do this besides sets — vampire, CP, NB concealed weapon — and moving too fast while stealthed can be counterproductive if you’re trying to position for picking pockets, assassination, etc.

My alt character dunmer nightblade recently reached level 50, and I got it to level 50 thieves guild (and finished its main quests), and now I'm working through the dark brotherhood skill line. The character is still using the last training gear my main crafted, and it's only level 40, so I was thinking about crafting 2 CP160 sets to replace it.

I use Darloc Brae but my 5th piece is a weapon, so when I need the buff vs when I want the sparkles to go away I just swap bars.

I just used the info in this thread to replace the old level 40 gear in my nightblade I previously mentioned with CP160 purple gear, in the 2 sets Darloc Brae and Night Mother's Embrace.

my setup for my stealth focus character is:

khajiit (-detection radius)
vampire (removes sneak speed penalty)
3pc night terror (-sneak cost, -detection radius
5pc darloc brae (-sneak cost, -detection radius, gain resources while crouching)
ring of the wild hunt (+speed)

with some of the speed CP im sitting at speed cap, in stealth, with unlimited resources (darloc brae giving me ticks of like 650 stam/mag/hp every second)
