ISCOLDSOUL✭✭This is the worst big ticket game lag wise that I have ever played, it started well no lag in pve at all, then May 2024 something changed, ZOS would have to know exactly what they did, but they are silent. Sometime the lag is so bad, it takes ages to get the daily crafting writs off the board. Well done ZOS for making a great game not fun to play6

✭✭The only noticeable lag I’ve been experiencing in PvE is audio lag. The sounds for like combat skills or looting containers will drop out for anywhere from a half second to a few seconds. It’s really noticeable when casting Fatecarver on my Arcanist.
I’m on PS5 and have been getting the audio lag since the Gold Road chapter release last year.0 -

It's definitely noticeable in an instanced mode comapred to overland. I've thought I'd dabble in some arenas and it's just as bad as pvp. Even solo or with just max 2 of us in there.This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.1 -

Yes but it’s temporary for about 20-30 seconds after changing zones or going back to my house where it jumps up to 500+ms then the ping goes back to normal at 80-100ms. My ping has generally been normal or better than normal numerically but I’ve noticed increased latency/lag in actions such as trying to mount my horse and there being a delay using combat prayer or elemental blockade - these skills seems to be particularly affected for me.Edited by Ragnarok0130 on 29 April 2025 13:200 -

But, but but, it's all us players, don't ya know? Check your router, check your connection, re-assign this, take your computer apart, burn sage around it to purify, put it back together and pray. Very much the same here. What's really bugging me is that the audio lag is noticeable even from the log in screen, that "chunk" sound after pressing enter or "play" from character screen is often also lagging. Noticeable is that when I have that kind of audio "feedback" lag I often tend to lag when simply mounting.
